1. Introduction

Welcome to the Moher Glow Affiliate Program. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure transparency, legal compliance, and mutual benefit. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Affiliate") and Moher Glow ("Company").

2. Eligibility

  • Affiliates must be 18 years or older.
  • The program is open to individuals and entities worldwide unless restricted by applicable laws.
  • Affiliates must possess a platform (e.g., website, blog, or social media) aligned with our luxury and ethical brand values.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Content Standards: Affiliates must only share accurate and positive representations of Moher Glow. Misleading claims are prohibited.
  • Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws.
  • Promotional Content: Moher Glow will provide content, high-quality photos, and creative assets to assist you in creating promotional material, however you can consider your own creative ways/contents considering these terms and conditions. 

  • Prohibited Practices:

    • No spamming or unsolicited messaging.
    • No use of unauthorized discounts or promotion codes.
    • No engagement in activities harmful to Moher Glow's reputation.

4. Commissions and Payments

  • Commission Structure: Affiliates earn a significant percentage of each gross sale made through their unique referral link. The exact percentage is outlined in your affiliate agreement.
  • Payment Terms: Payments are issued quarterly, provided the Affiliate’s account balance exceeds €100. If this threshold isn’t met, earnings will roll over to the next quarter.
  • Tracking: Referrals are tracked via cookies lasting 30 days from the first click. Moher Glow is not responsible for tracking issues beyond its control (e.g., browser settings blocking cookies).

5. Termination

  • Moher Glow reserves the right to terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for termination include:

    • Breach of these terms.
    • Engaging in fraudulent activities.
    • Damaging the reputation of Moher Glow.
  • Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by notifying Moher Glow in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Affiliates may use Moher Glow's name, logo, and promotional materials provided by the Company solely for the purpose of affiliate marketing.
  • Unauthorized use, alteration, or distribution of Moher Glow’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

Affiliates must keep all confidential information shared by Moher Glow secure and must not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Moher Glow makes no guarantees regarding the income potential of the Affiliate Program.
  • Moher Glow shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the Affiliate's participation.

9. Data Privacy

  • Moher Glow collects and processes Affiliate data in accordance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws.
  • Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with data privacy regulations.

10. Modifications to Terms

Moher Glow reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

12. Support for Affiliates

Moher Glow is committed to empowering its Affiliates with the resources needed/available for success. Accepted Affiliates will receive:

  • Access to premium promotional content, including professional photos and product descriptions.
  • Priority support for marketing queries.
  • Invitations to exclusive training webinars on luxury branding and effective marketing techniques.
